These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Girlfriend mobile application (the “App”), provided by Pepper Games (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers both one-time purchases and auto-renewable subscription options through Apple’s App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your App Store account according to the selected plan.

Available Plans

  • Lifetime Access: $129.99 (one-time purchase).
  • Annual Plan: $69.99 per year, auto-renewable.
  • Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month, auto-renewable.

  • Premium spicy conversations.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
  • Payments and billing are processed directly by Apple. We do not have access to or control over your payment information.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the App to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the App.
  • Circumvent subscription or payment mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including characters, voices, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or subscription services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in prohibited conduct.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting of the revised Terms within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
